Fantastic stay!
nearby supermarket easy access daily variety refreshing pool
The hotel features a FairPrice supermarket right next door. This made it very convenient. A quick walk gets you to the MRT station, very close to Orchard Road! The breakfast buffet had a good variety and they changed it daily. I found the pool to be refreshing. I also liked the garden area.

The staff was helpful. The 24-hour concierge provided excellent support. Staff ensured the room was cleaned regularly. I felt very comfortable.

The room was clean, and well-appointed. It included comfy beds and a great bathroom. I also appreciated the divine shower. There were plentiful amenities available. I had packages delivered for my stay and they were very accommodating.

The location is prime. Orchard road is about a 10-minute walk. the staff were so helpful, even calling taxis for us several times. we appreciated the in-room kitchenette with a washing machine and dryer. a drying rack.
I didn't like that housekeeping wasn't available during the weekend. i asked for a blanket, but it seemed impossible to get one outside office hours. the front entrance was dangerous because the steps were unclear. My son got scratches after missing a step there.

The hotel locates near amenities. It is close to a supermarket. There are many eateries nearby. The mrt station is also close. I found breakfast was varied. The staff was efficient.
The pool area needs better cleaning. The deck chairs are also old.
